"As you may know, WNIW (91.3-FM in LaSalle) , WNIE (89.1-FM in Freeport)and WNIQ (91.5-FM in Sterling) have been broadcasting the WNIJ program schedule full-time following a failure of our switching equipment at these locations. While a decision has not yet been made regarding the future of these stations, this circumstance gives us an opportunity to conduct an experiment.
Through the years, many of our listeners in these areas have requested that WNIW, WNIE and WNIQ repeat the WNIJ program schedule full-time.
